Requirements
  • Solid grasp of core animation principles and a strong understanding of how animation supports gameplay clarity and mechanics
  • Excellent sense of detail, timing, easing, and overall animation polish
  • Strong eye for color, lighting, and visual composition
  • Deep professional experience with interface animation and 2D animation workflows in Unity
  • Extensive background in UI animation
  • Experience creating VFX and working with Unity's particle systems
  • Strong awareness of technical limitations, optimization practices, and implementation workflows
  • Experience working on mobile game projects
  • Ability to support and mentor other artists on animation-related topics
  • Capable of independently handling creative tasks from initial preparation to final delivery
  • A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of current, high-quality work
  • Professional proficiency in English
