How You Will Make History Here...

The Sr. Production Designer will be part of the Studio C Creative & Content Strategy team, responsible for bringing ideas to life and scaling content across social, digital, and omni ecommerce platforms.

Working closely with the Art Director and Copywriter, this role translates creative direction into high-quality, platform-relevant execution and ideates social-first projects - leveraging AI tools and workflows to rapidly create, version, and optimize content at scale. This role plays a critical part in ensuring content not only looks great but is built for how people actually consume and engage with it today.

At the core, this design role combines strong executional instincts with a deep understanding of how content performs across digital platforms, bringing a sharp eye for what makes food and product content visually compelling. Thriving in fast-moving environments, this role uses both craft and AI technology to build efficient, scalable outputs to help fuel a high-volume content engine for some of the most iconic brands in food.

This is a hybrid role based in Camden, NJ.

What You Will Do...

  • Translate concepts into production-ready, scalable outputs across social, digital, and commerce platforms

  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to rapidly create, version, and optimize content at scale including generating 50-100 versions of one core creative design

  • Support concepting and execution for social-first projects, bringing a strong understanding of what works in the feed

  • Design within brand systems while ensuring platform-specific optimization (size, format, behavior)

  • Bring a strong executional eye to how food and products show up visually

  • Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Contribute to rapid-turn content needs

  • Participate in brainstorms and bring proactive, insight-driven ideas to the table.

What You Bring to the Table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in design production, digital design, or a related creative role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating executional excellence across digital and social

  • Experience creating and versioning content at scale.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion tools (After Effects a plus), with familiarity or experience in AI-enabled creative tools and workflows

  • Experience using AI tools to support high-volume content creation, asset generation, and workflow automation, particularly in creating and scaling multiple variations of creative outputs

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality

  • Organic social creative concepting and production experience

  • Experience working within brand guidelines and asset systems

  • Experience in food culture or food brand experience

It Would Be Great if You Have... (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in CPG, retail, or e-commerce content

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$91,400-$125,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
