SUMMARY: 

A dual-focus role combining in-house video and photo production with creative design support, delivering content across digital, social, experiential, and event channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • A dual-focus role combining in-house video and photo production with creative design support, delivering content across digital, social, experiential, and event channels.
  • Shoot and produce video and photo content for marketing campaigns, events, live entertainment, and brand initiatives.
  • Edit and finish video content for digital, social, paid media, website, and large-format experiential use.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate video storytelling and brand impact.
  • Assist the lead designer in building campaign toolkits, templates, and production-ready design assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to understand creative needs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver final assets with accuracy, proper formatting, and consistency across all output formats.
  • Support revisions, versioning, and file organization across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Stay current on video production, photography, motion design, and graphic design trends and tools.

Candidates must submit a reel or portfolio in addition to resume.   When submitting your reel please include an explanation of what role you played for each project and the team members you worked with.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of production and design experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office setting. 
  • Must be able to maneuver around the office setting, work at a desk/workstation.
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. 
  • May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work in the heat and cold weather.
  • Must be able to endure moderate noise levels in work area.
