Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Animation Artist to bring characters and stories to life. You'll work on medium-level shots, collaborate with a talented team, and help mentor junior artists — all while pushing the quality of our animation to the next level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Animate medium-level shots with a strong focus on storytelling and character performance
  • Extract key poses from acting references, applying principles of timing, spacing, and physics
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards
  • Upload project assets and documents to the pipeline on time
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists
  • Assist senior artists in achieving project goals
Qualifications Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in character animation (dialogue, emotion, performance)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and character anatomy
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with animation pipelines and software
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Maya or similar 3D animation tools
  • A portfolio showing emotionally driven character animation
