Job description

The Creative Specialist II will collaborate closely with Internal Communications, Marketing and Events teams to transform written and verbal concepts into compelling visual stories across a wide range of media. This role requires a creative professional who is equally comfortable designing for PowerPoint presentations, video and motion graphics, print collateral, digital experiences, social media content, and experiential marketing assets.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in branding, marketing, and audience engagement, with the ability to determine the most effective visual strategy, creative approach, and execution for each project. They consistently deliver high-quality work while ensuring brand integrity, visual consistency and impactful storytelling across all channels.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develops creative concepts and executes design solutions based on project requests and creative briefs across multiple media formats, including digital ads, social media, PowerPoint presentations, collateral, signage, and video/animation support.
  • Partners with communications, digital marketing, customer marketing, and event teams to create integrated, multi - channel creative that supports marketing and business objectives.
  • Communicates conceptual, visual, and stylistic direction to other creative team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates cross - functionally on a wide range of deliverables, ensuring creative consistency across campaigns and channels.
  • Maintains and evolves brand standards and the Design Language System (DLS) across all creative outputs.
  • Ensures visual communication is consistent, clear, engaging, and impactful across digital, print, environmental, and motion formats.
  • Utilizes graphic design tools and software to develop executive - level presentations, templates, and marketing assets.
  • Proactively recommends improvements for data visualization, infographics, charts, layout, aesthetics, and clarity.
  • Supports video and animation efforts by contributing visual concepts, storyboards, layouts, and design assets in collaboration with motion or video partners.
  • Creates, documents, and shares creative and production best practices across digital/web, social, exhibit, print, and motion media.
  • Follows internal processes for project management, workflow planning, and approvals.
  • Maintains organized file - sharing practices and digital asset repositories.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or creative services.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful visual communications across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PowerPoint presentations, print, experiential marketing, and video/motion graphics, while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production processes across both digital and traditional marketing tactics.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Products.
  • Fluent in English.
