As part of the IT Department, the role works closely with members of the IT team and provides support to attorneys and staff across all our offices. Key responsibilities Include:
* Delivering New Hire training and onboarding.
* Provide individual learning solutions for Microsoft Office 365 products and other firm technology.
* Create e-learning solutions. Demonstrated knowledge of media tools (e.g., Storyline, Camtasia, Canva), instructional design and educational technology.
* Develop and maintain learning materials for applications in appropriate formats with a focus on adult education principles.
