Video & Motion Content

  • Shoot short-form and long-form casual content at home or in the office for organic social media channels
  • Lead the planning, shooting, and production of high-quality video content and product footage from pre-production (e.g., setup) to post-production (editing, color correction, audio adjustments) that can be used on digital platforms such as web banners, email, retailer pages.
  • Edit raw footage into final deliverables suitable for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, or other platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, or other graphical enhancements when required.
  • Collaborate with other team members (creative, marketing, global regions, developers) to ensure video output aligns with brand standards, project briefs, and messaging objectives.
  • Collaborate with web developers, marketers, and digital-content managers to ensure that web and email assets meet technical and brand requirements (responsive sizing, web optimization, compatibility).

Graphic & Digital Production

  • Produce digital still and motion assets for various mediums: social media, digital ads, presentations, and other digital collateral.
  • Create and design graphics in Canva or Adobe tools to be used on organic social media channels that follow brand guidelines: layout, color, typography, composition, and overall visual identity standards.

  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead and Marketing to translate campaign or content goals into strong visual communications for social media outlets.
  • Create final market-ready files and editable working files for web and digital distribution (ensuring correct formats, sizes/resolutions, export settings).

Collaboration, Project Workflow & Quality Control

  • Work as part of the Global Brand Creative Team, collaborating with senior designers, as well as other marketers and stakeholders within the Global Marketing Organization.
  • Create content from idea to delivery. Reviewing concepts, executions and edits with Creative Lead and other stakeholders ensuring final deliverables are polished and branding is consistent.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and feedback cycles.
  • Learn from past performance results to help inform new ideas and future executions.
  • Stay updated on social media, design, video, and web trends, as well as emerging tools and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and improvements to the team.
