The single gnarliest, most impact‑heavy place this problem shows up is in insurance claims, so that’s where we’re deployed today, running in production at some of the largest carriers in North America.

As our Community Marketing Lead, you are an architect and engine of Owl.co’s top-of-funnel growth. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with high ownership, high creativity, and high impact. You will shape Owl’s public presence, generate demand, and build an engaged community around our AI products.

You will launch bold campaigns, craft compelling narratives around Owl’s technology, and amplify our brand across digital channels, thought leadership platforms, and major industry events.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity and Thought Leadership
  • Grow communities around AI innovation, decision intelligence, and emerging technology

  • Participate in online and offline spaces where our prospects and influencers gather

  • Curate discussions, share insights, and elevate Owl’s voice across frontier-AI conversations

  • Collaborate with product and leadership to translate complex AI systems into compelling narratives

  • Produce mixed-media content including podcasts, workshops, short-form videos, and micro-content

Events and Trade-shows
  • Own Owl’s presence at conferences, summits, and trade-shows from strategy to execution

  • Design modern and engaging event experiences that attract high-value audiences

  • Run pre-event hype and post-event follow-up campaigns that convert conversations into opportunities

  • Identify speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships that elevate visibility

Social Media Growth
  • Build and execute organic social campaigns for LinkedIn X, Reddit, etc., for exposure, lead generation, content distribution, promoting thought leadership

  • Engage with influencers, community members, and users for brand exposure, community-building, conversion, and user-sentiment management

  • Assist with producing landing pages, funnels, lead magnets, and digital assets for community & social engagement

  • Operate with a test, measure, and iterate mindset using data and analytics

Creative Campaigns
  • Help ideate and execute standout campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and market insights

  • Create high-quality visuals, videos, animations, and content assets

  • Develop storytelling campaigns that differentiate Owl.co in a crowded AI landscape

Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and analyze performance across channels and report insights clearly

  • Run structured A/B tests and continuous optimization cycles

Requirements
  • 4 to 8 years in marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS or enterprise tech is ideal)

  • Proven ability to build community & acquisition programs from scratch

  • Strong experience with social platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, multimedia-editing platforms, and analytics platforms

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills that turn technical ideas into excitement

  • Comfortable running events and trade-shows independently

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 CAD

Our salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects a range target for new hire salaries for the position and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
