Salary Range: $52.89/hour - $67.31/hour ($110,011.20 - $140,004.80 annually) *

The Graphics Specialist will deliver high quality graphics services to support attorneys, professionals, and experts both for billable and non-billable tasks. The Graphics Specialist will create graphics for other firm departments, such as the Marketing department, and assist with graphics needs to promote internal initiatives. Through specialized graphics, the Graphics Specialist will also assist attorneys in creating compelling presentations for juries, judges, arbitrators, and mock juries in matters involving complex litigation.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work independently on tasks assigned by the Graphics Lead or LTS Manager.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Conceptualize, design, revise, and oversee completion of presentations, graphics, charts, graphs, illustrations, and animations.
  • Ability to multi-task, receive direction, delegate assignments, monitor workflow under time constraints.
  • Provide on-site trial support for graphics, as necessary.
  • Track projects and billable hours.
  • Work with all departments within the firm on their graphics-related projects.
  • Provide instruction relating to graphic/animation production.
  • Trains users within a variety of departments in graphics creation and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, staff, experts, and clients.
  • Develops reusable graphic templates for use with a variety of groups to streamline and simplify the graphic creation process.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the firm's visual communication.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a role creating and designing graphics preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with video editing and/or Animation/2D or 3D modeling software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders such as vendors and clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed for onsite support at trials.

Writing, typing, reading, speaking, hearing, seeing, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs.
