How you will make an impact:
As an Animator within our Design team, you will play a key role in developing secure, high-quality micro-optic designs that support our cutting-edge currency and authentication solutions. You will contribute to innovative design projects that balance both visual impact and strict security standards, helping the organization stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory expectations. By collaborating across teams and managing deliverables effectively, you will ensure designs are delivered on time and to the highest quality. Your work will directly strengthen our product differentiation and reinforce Crane Currency's reputation as a market leader.
  • Adhere to established design processes and standard practices to ensure consistency and quality
  • Create micro-optic animations for customer approval that meet required specifications and standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with project and business goals
  • Research and develop new effects and techniques to advance micro-optic technologies
  • Ensure on-time delivery of animations, lab samples, and production tooling with a focus on quality
