Position Overview

Autodesk is reimagining how learning is designed, produced, and delivered to accelerate innovation, performance, and the future of work. The Senior Manager, Content Production, Learning Experience & Design will lead the strategy, operating model, and team responsible for creating scalable, engaging learning content for Autodesk's global workforce. This leader will build a connected learning content ecosystem centered on rapid video production, modular microlearning, compelling storytelling, personalization, and learning in the flow of work.

Operatingas aninternal studio, this role will oversee the full contentdeliverylifecycle,from intake and concept development through production, distribution, measurement, and optimization. The leader will translate complex business priorities into accessible, relevant learning experiences for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Autodesk's enterprise learning content strategy across video, microlearning, personalization, and emerging formats

  • Contribute to building an integrated talent developmentecosystem that improves content discovery, reuse, scalability, and relevance across platforms and channels

  • Establish content standards, governance, production principles, and prioritization criteria

  • Apply a product mindset focused on learner needs, rapid iteration, adoption, and measurable impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, video or creative production, learning experience design, media, enablement, ora relatedfield

  • 3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary creative, production, content, or learning teams

  • Experience building or transforming an enterprise content-production capability, internal studio, agency, or comparable operating model

  • Expertisein storytelling, scripting, storyboarding, video production, editing, and multimedia development

  • Experience designing modular, scalable content for diverse audiences and channels

  • Knowledge of adult learning, microlearning, human-centered design, and learner experience principles

  • Ability to translate complex strategies and technical concepts into engaging, accessible content

  • Experience managing concurrent productions, budgets, vendors, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executivestakeholder-managementskills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading content or learning production in a global enterprise, technology company, production studio, agency, or media organization
