As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Set schedule: PT Day: 10am to 9pm: Sunday/11am to 9pm: Monday & Tuesday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
  • You are able to patrol grounds, and the indoor facility by foot; keeping order for employees, visitors, and the animals.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
  • If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a valid PILB in hand.
  • You have high work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • You have excellent People Skills.
  • You like animals and have no pet allergies.
  • You are able to conduct foot patrols throughout your shift.
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
