Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Weston, FL Type: Contract Compensation: $45-$50 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0

Overview Leave medical technologies company looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer. Ideal candidates should have a Degree with 2 or more years of experience including Solid background working with C++ and Qt in a Linux environment.

Responsibilities • Develop source code for shared biomechanics and planning components that integrate into the established architectures of pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative clinical applications. • Participate in SDLC activities for the components, including code review, documentation, integration, testing, defect management, and code analysis. • Ensure components meet requirements and/or design specifications and are feature complete. • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement operating systems components, software tools, and utilities. • Determine systems software design requirements. • Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. • Generate systems software engineering policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements • Degree with 2 or more years of experience • Solid background working with C++ and Qt in a Linux environment. • Proficiency with integrated development environments (IDEs) and build systems, with minimal supervision. • Experience working with revision control systems and following CI/CD development practices. • Familiarity with unit testing as part of the development workflow.

Preferred • Experience working with 3D geometry and image processing algorithms involving complex 3D calculations. • Experience with developing surgical planning systems is desired.
