Adisseoย is a global leader in animal nutrition solutions. We are seeking aย Dairyย Technical Managerย to deliverย science-based technical excellenceย that drives customer performance, product adoption, and commercial impact across North America.ย 


  • Provide advanced dairy nutritionย expertiseย to consultants, solving herd challengesย 

  • Translate data from field & university settings, and nutrition concepts into clear, valuedriven recommendations that support sales opportunitiesย 

  • Lead and support field trials, converting results into customerrelevant evidenceย 

  • Act as a technical thought leader for Adisseo in the dairy industry through customer meetings, training, and industry eventsย 

  • Partner closely with Sales, Technical Marketing, and R&D to ensure consistent execution of approved positioning and claimsย 

  • PhD (preferred), DVM, or MS in Dairy/Animal Nutrition or Animal Scienceย 

  • 5+ย years experienceย in dairy nutrition, feed additives, or commercial dairy production systemsย 

  • Strong knowledge of ration formulation, herdย performance drivers, and applied nutritionย 

  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix, customerfacing environmentย
