Governors Avenue Animal Hospital has proudly served the Dover community since the 1950s. We provide compassionate, high-quality care for cats, dogs, pocket pets, and birds, with a strong emphasis on client education, clear communication, and exceptional medical standards. We are now seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to lead our dedicated team.

We are seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and client service. The ideal candidate is confident performing a variety of surgical procedures and enjoys working in a collaborative setting that values continuous learning and professional growth.
Our Hospital Features

• Seven spacious exam rooms
• Fully equipped dental suite
• Digital dental radiology
• Laser therapy
• Full in-house laboratory
• Ultrasound
• Modern, well-equipped surgical suite

We provide the tools and technology you need to practice high-quality medicine efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence-based veterinary medicine
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation:

• Base salary of $120,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience)
• Production-based bonuses
• Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses available
