As a member of U.S. Payer Brand Marketing, the Senior Specialist works closely with Marketing Associate Directors to support customer segment strategies for specific products through the development of promotional resources and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of the marketing promotion and communications materials aligned with brand strategy and within regulatory and company policy
  • Develop appropriate pull-through materials and payer-related solutions for field sales
  • Partner with the brand team and the assigned agencies to ensure that all offerings meet customer and product objectives
  • Provide analytical support to brand team and the Marketing Associate Director
  • Lead all promotion review activities for assigned brands including: Participate in all prioritization and deliver meetings for each assigned brand
  • Represent the need of the payer segment within the brand priorities for scheduling review time
  • Work with attorney, scientific specialists and medical leads in the approval of materials for all assigned brands
  • Managed payer budgets for assigned brands
  • Fulfill administrative responsibilities consistent with company policy
  • Manage all agency partners to achieve successful marketing promotion and communication plan
  • Work with multiple segments (Pharmacy & Distribution, Hospital/Federal, Reimbursement) to provide resources and communications to support the commercial needs and objectives of each segment
  • Interface with point Account Executives through appropriate channels to obtain feedback and insight into payer resources and communications
  • Participate in annual planning activities
Minimum required education
  • Bachelor's degree

The salary range for this role is $117,000.00 - $184,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
