Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Systems Engineer at Christ Fellowship manages the Production (audio, video, lighting) based technical infrastructure across all campus locations, and ensures that system performance is optimal for each application.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Identify and resolve incidents involving audio, RF, video, lighting, communications, networking.
  • Configure and maintain LED video wall displays and associated processing.
  • Maintain device network connectivity, IP tables, and IP organization.
  • Integrate new systems upgrades and expansions.
  • Research equipment and develop proposals that pertain to AVL projects at different campuses.
  • Maintain engineering and one line drawings for each project and location.
  • Maintain contingency inventory and deploying equipment.
  • Monitor technical systems to ensure its stability and conduct preventative maintenance.
  • Administrative duties such as reconciling vendor invoices and monthly expense reports.
  • Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.
  • Serve at scheduled CF events.
  • Look for opportunities to further develop your skill through industry relevant education.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
CERTIFICATES, and REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Proven technical aptitude.
  • Thorough knowledge of Production based electrical systems and requirements.
  • Operational knowledge of foundational production systems: Audio, video & lighting.
  • Working knowledge of information technology systems.
  • Working knowledge of network based production protocols.
  • Working knowledge of control systems is a plus (Q-Sys, Crestron, Kramer).
  • Experience in interpreting and referencing one line/design drawings.
  • Safety certifications ETCP, ESTA, USITT a plus.
  • CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D a plus.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
3+ years' experience of operating, integrating, and maintaining Production systems.
