Location - Franklin City - TN

Job Description

·       10+ years total IT experience

·       7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development

·       ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

Strong experience in:

·       Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflows

·       Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Widgets)

·       Client & Server-side scripting (JavaScript)

·       Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

·       Reporting, Dashboards, Performance Analytics

Deep understanding of:

·       Update Sets & Scoped Applications

·       ACLs, Security & Role Management

·       ServiceNow Data Model & CMDB

Preferred Certifications

·       ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

·       ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)

 Nice to Have

·       Experience leading large ServiceNow platform transformations

·       Agile/Scrum (Jira) exposure

·       ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience
