Ability to lead the pod(s) of engineers (onshore/offshore) responsible for end-to-end application development. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Cloud knowledge, particularly GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is critical
Technical Skillset: •
  • Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgresSQL) •
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deployment •
  • Familiarity with GKE or similar container orchestration platforms • Agile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint management •
  • Debugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flagging •
  • Technical Leadership • Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and setting standards across the development lifecycle •
  • Experience in conducting code reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring code meets acceptance criteria •
  • Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical skills and project alignment • CI/CD Pipeline Setup: •
