Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design and development ofendtoend application featuresacross backend services (Java 21) and frontend applications (Angular).

  • Own architecture decisions spanningAPIs, UI state management, performance, security, and scalability.

  • Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across both backend and frontend stacks.

Backend Responsibilities (Java)

  • Design and implement backend services usingJava (17/21+),Spring Boot, and related Spring frameworks.

  • Build and maintainRESTful APIsand service integrations consumed by Angular frontends.

  • Lead backend architecture usingmicroservices, eventdriven designs, and cloudnative patterns.

Frontend Responsibilities (Angular)

  • Lead development of frontend applications usingAngular,TypeScript,RxJS, and modern componentbased architecture.

  • Design responsive, accessible, and performant UI components aligned with UX and product requirements.

Quality, Testing & Reliability

  • Mentor engineers across frontend and backend disciplines, promoting fullstack skill growth.

  • Lead technical design reviews and code reviews across Java and Angular codebases.

  • Support hiring and onboarding of fullstack engineers through interviews and guidance.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely withproduct managers, UX designers, QA, and platform teams.

  • Communicate technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
