C#/.Net Full-Stack Developer

Location – New York / New Jersey (Hybrid on-site) Contract & FTE Both

Must - C#/.Net full-stack with strong backend- micro services, AWS cloud, Oracle/stored procedures, optimization/Redis caching

6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development utilizing C#.NET, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases, with a strong emphasis on a test-driven development (TDD) approach to ensure high-quality software delivery.

6+ years of experience with enterprise software development processes, including the ability to document software design through sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and other visual aids, while effectively presenting findings in architecture board reviews.

6+ years of experience in developing microservices and implementing API-first design principles, along with a solid understanding of cloud patterns to enhance scalability and performance.

5+ Years Oracle / SQL experience, able to move stored procedures to .Net

5+ years of experience with AWS technologies, showcasing hands-on development expertise with AWS Lambda and Step Functions to build robust cloud-based solutions (CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate/EKS, DynamoDB)

Here is an updated set of requirements for the client.

1. For Leader#1 (Compensation/Registration program)

Current system: Legacy Oracle based system (stored procedures, Oracle Forms) used by business operations teams

Objective: Modernize to AWS with microservices using.Net and Python ensuring scalability and performance

Timeline: Targeted through 2026-2027, modular delivery (eg, ACH, wires, checks, APIs for ticket inquiries, etc)

Current issue: slow progress; need senior engineers who can delivery quickly without extensive hand-holding

The Ask:

· Desire for vendor-provided management oversight to avoid client to shoulder people management responsibilities

· Preference is for lead-first model; vendor provides capable leads to ensure productivity, build/hire team and manage outcomes

· Wipro to provide leads who manage delivery without burdening the client

· 2 to 10 engineers; urgent start; 60/40 onshore/offshore

· Design and architecture already exists; need strong implementers

· Need #1: (about 3 resources)

1. senior developers with experience in AWS Glue jobs, Lamba functions

2. python development

3. RDBMS experience; Oracle/Postgres coding experience

· Need #2: (2 C# resources)

1. API development work

2. Rules development; move the logic from Oracle stored procedures to.Net

3. AWS Infra based optimization: 10k concurrent requests, response time needed less than 15ms (currently it is 30 seconds), caching on Redis
