About the Role
Join our dynamic development technology team as a Lead Application Developer, championing the design and delivery of agentic, AI-powered workflows that automate critical business processes. Leverage cutting-edge AI-assisted development practices and modern full stack engineering to drive speed, consistency, and scalability. You will play a pivotal role in guiding both technical direction and team growth within a collaborative, enterprise-scale environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to architect robust, scalable application solutions
- Lead end-to-end development of full stack applications using Angular 16+, Java 17+, and RESTful APIs
- Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end user interfaces and secure, high-performance backend services
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, task assignments, mentoring, and delivery coordination
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for seamless delivery
