Job Description
  • Our banking client is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong Java and Angular experience to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will be primarily focused on building modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using Angular, while also possessing strong hands-on expertise in Java-based backend development.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise application development and be comfortable working across the front-end and backend layers. Experience with Agentic AI, LangGraph, or LangChain is a significant plus as the client continues to explore AI-powered application capabilities and intelligent automation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end components and application modules.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Work across the full technology stack to deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, architects, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive technical solutions.
  • Develop applications aligned with banking security, performance, accessibility, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Implement front-end architecture, state management, reusable components, and responsive design patterns.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects across front-end and backend layers.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Explore and contribute to AI-enabled application capabilities and intelligent workflows where applicable.

  • Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

  • Strong understanding of modern front-end development principles, component-based architecture, and responsive web design.
  • Experience with front-end performance optimization, debugging, and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
