JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead the design of specific software products and introduce new patterns for Microservices FrontEnd (MFE) to support rich, dynamic web experiences and APIs. Develop and implement new features in MFE, implement unit testing, perform integration testing, and user story delivery. Develop APP using AWS Cloud resources, CI/CD pipelines and AWS Serverless technologies. Develop and test client side and server-side code for multiple LexisAdvance and LexisPlus features and migrate the Shepards application in LexisPlus. Migrate the OnPrem projects to AWS Cloud Services in LexisAdvance and lead the design drive and code reviews. Integrate application packages, build and deploy to all DEV and CERT environments which allows the users to use the Lexis applications effectively. Develop technical design documents for new features in LexisPlus, and triage and fix any production issues. Lead the feature team for sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and Sprint Review meetings and test applications to ensure a standard user experience for the clients across all platforms. Interact with Domain architects about design guidelines on regular basis to understand future design direction. Mentor team members and help them resolve technical issues. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.

  • 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.

  • Also required is: 3 years of experience: in client side development utilizing Angular, HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript, and Typescript to build, refactor, design, and test client side features, integrating and implementing calls to APIs and other services to provide the data needed to display on various web applications; to design, implement, and refactor UX and UI designs based on Figma specifications to accurately replicate user experiences and layouts; using .Net Core and C# to build, refactor, optimize, and test APIs and other application layer code that supports web applications and other applications across the organization; in maintaining and creating build pipelines using YAML; in Agile Scrum and Kanban, including sprint planning, daily scrum leadership, retrospectives, and other key milestones throughout the Agile process; and in presenting technical demos and knowledge transfer sessions to help train other engineers and to provide examples of working functionality to product management, clients, executives, or UX resources.

SALARY RANGE FOR REQ# R111458:

  • $128,305.84 to $144,400/year + standard company benefits
