Your Role as Cleaning Lead

As a Cleaning Lead at Shine Bright, you are the expert in every home you walk into. You work independently, managing your time and your results with confidence. Your day typically includes two residential cleaning appointments in the Plymouth and west Minneapolis metro area, scheduled close together to minimize drive time and maximize your earning potential.

Your responsibilities include performing thorough residential cleanings using our standardized professional cleaning system, completing room-by-room checklists to ensure consistent quality, communicating any concerns or observations to the office, and representing Shine Bright with professionalism in every client's home.

You take pride in your work, you hold yourself to a high standard, and you understand that your performance directly drives your paycheck - because at Shine Bright, the better you perform, the more you earn.
