The role features home call with a guaranteed post-call day off , ensuring a sustainable pace even with a comprehensive case mix. Responsibilities
  • Provide and manage anesthesia for a wide variety of cases including General, Neuro, Ortho, Thoracic, and Vascular .
  • Manage lower-risk OB and healthy pediatrics , as well as specialized Cardiac cases.
  • Lead and perform heavy regional anesthesia blocks as part of a comprehensive pain management strategy.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
  • Participate in a flexible call schedule (Home Call) with a dedicated day off following call.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to maintain high standards of patient safety.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology.
  • Current unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
