Job description

Looking for a Senior Level Candidate with 10 years of experience. Please submit candidates with recent most local project experience only.

This position has to be local and has to go into the office weekly, it is heavy internal stakeholder support.
The person leaving the position was responsible for an application used in-store by employees, on Android. The App sits on a Web Platform and Runs on Phones for instore workers. It has features like, Login, Lock-Down, Time-Out.... Ext...

This position is senior level Full Stack Developer.

There is Front End Development, Back End Database work, API work on Web/Mobile platforms.

70% Android, 30% API development/integration.

No React for now, but the rest of team is moving this way, so I'd say it's not a bad thing to have, but not required for the time being.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in Android app development using Java EE, Spring Framework, Oracle, web services, JPA, Hibernate, JBoss and Tomcat
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
  • Experience in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Android applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and other database management systems for mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong skills in testing, debugging, and optimizing Android applications for performance and scalability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
