Job description

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with strong experience in native Android development using Java and Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex projects, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality mobile applications in an Agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize native Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
  • Lead technical design and development for medium to large-scale Android projects.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
  • Analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and participate in Agile/Scrum development.
  • Prototype and evaluate new technologies, features, and development approaches.
  • Manage code, configurations, releases, and environment controls across multiple environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience developing native Android applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin.
