We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects from contract award through closeout. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from contract execution through final closeout.
Coordinate pre-construction planning, scheduling, labor, and resources.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
Maintain compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Conduct jobsite quality control inspections and verify compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project budgets, labor requirements, and production goals.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Experience in construction management, electrical construction, or related fields; lighting retrofit experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction operations, job specifications, contract requirements, and labor planning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and SnapCount.
Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on qualifications, industry experience, and geographic location. Performance-based bonus opportunities may also be available.
