School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
San Rafael, CA | Full-Time | Full School Year | K-12 District
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school district in San Rafael, California for the full school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with students across educational settings and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
Conduct assessments and participate in evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and intervention plans.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and other members of the student support team.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, evaluations, and compliance records.
Provide consultation and support to teachers and families regarding students' communication needs.
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as appropriate.
Support students across a range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social/pragmatic communication.
Promote functional communication skills that support students' academic and social success.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
California Speech-Language Pathology credential/license appropriate for school-based practice.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
