You'll earn great experience, live in subsidized employee housing, eat three free meals a day, and spend your days off hiking, fishing, and exploring the wild beauty of the Rocky Mountain West. What You'll Do

  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
  • Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests
  • Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal
  • Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers
  • Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests
  • Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork
