Job description

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents

- Run daily shipping Open Order Report and determine shipments to be made

- Correctly complete all shipping papers (BOL's, generate ASN's) to authorize loading of trucks

- Compare loading logs and comparison logs to ensure accurate count of product

Ensure bill of lading is properly completed for driver acceptance and signature
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers to load and unload goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to track inventory and update records
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently- Receive orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability yo write reports in the English language
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
