Sales Leadership Rotational Associate
As a Consumer Health Sales Leadership Rotational Associate, you participate in a two-year Sales Leadership Rotational Associate Development (SLRA) Program designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential future leaders; you gain hands-on experience on a customer team and within commercial strategy and operations, building a deep understanding of Bayer Consumer Health brands, customers, and channels while contributing to profitable growth and customer-centric execution.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
  • Develop a strong understanding of Bayer brands and the key competitive set for each category, with exposure to various retailers and channels;
  • Support and execute selling presentations within assigned customers, categories, or brands;
  • Collaborate with customer marketing teams to develop customer-specific marketing programs;
  • Assist with the development and execution of business plans to achieve sales goals within the US, including 7P fundamentals (product, placement, promotion, pricing, people, process, and packaging), new item execution, and strategic initiatives;
  • Analyze data, derive key insights, and convert those insights into clear actions;
  • Understand how a customer team works with its key retailer and how they operate internally;
  • Support the business planning process to enable informed, customer-centric business plans that drive profitable growth, product launches, and coordinated commercialization planning;
  • Leverage AI tools, data, and analytics systems to create reports, presentations, and recommendations;
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners by providing the voice of the customer;
  • Drive growth that delivers mutual win-win outcomes for Bayer and retail partners;
  • Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the objectives of the two-year rotational program, including rotations across customer teams and commercial strategy/operations.

WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher;
  • Proven internship or co-op experience, preferably with another Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company;
  • Motivated, curious, and willing to learn;
  • Strong communication, analytical mindset, time-management, and leadership skills;
  • Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing goals;
  • Must be able to travel as needed;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
  • Must be eligible to work in the US now and inthe future;
  • Willing to commit to the terms of the 2-year sales development program, including rotations (one with a customer team and one within commercial strategy and operations).

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $71,440.00 - $107,160.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
