These programs are designed to give recent graduates or early-career professionals broad exposure to different aspects of data analytics, such as business intelligence, data science, and data engineering. Participants typically spend several months in each rotation, gaining hands-on experience and developing key technical and business skills. The goal is to prepare individuals for more specialized or leadership roles in analytics upon completion of the program.
