The Analyst Intern supports various teams by assisting with client service activities, account administration, and relationship management initiatives. This role provides exposure to the financial services industry while helping deliver exceptional experience to clients and advisors.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with responding to client inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and follow-up activities.
  • Help prepare client communications and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or recently graduated from an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
