About the position:
This position offers an opportunity to be closely involved in analysis of the Americas lending book, limits and portfolio dynamics monitoring, scenarios forecasting and stress testing, data consolidation and reporting, and management presentations. Helping in developing the tools for data analytics. Additionally, data quality monitoring and regional coordination of any extensional requests coming to FO from head office, regulators, auditors, etc.
About the department:
This role is a member of a team that comprises the critical portfolio management and reporting foundation of all lending origination and underwriting activity.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Portfolio Management, Sectors, Finance, Risk, Syndication and Capital Management to understand reporting needs, source inputs, and deliver timely outputs
  • Prepare and maintain recurring portfolio analytics and trackers used by Lending Management and the Portfolio Management team
  • Monitoring clients' performance, utilization of limits, portfolio churn, liquidity, etc.
  • Pipeline monitoring and preparing forecasts and stress tests
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports and dashboards by validating inputs, reconciling figures, and following agreed definitions
  • Managing and coordinating ad hoc data requests

Qualifications and Competencies
  • Min 3 years of commercial banking experience
  • Experience in lending FO or Finance is a plus
  • Understanding of lending data, metrics, and business drivers
  • Understanding of accounting statements & principles is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment
  • Basic knowledge of programming (coding) or tools used for visual presentation of big data is beneficial
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are highly interested in data analytics
  • You are highly detailed in your work
  • You are self-motivated and willing to work under tight deadlines

Salary Range: $110,000-135,000
The salary range listed reflects base salary only. This role is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus program.
