Shift:            Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
 
 
Summary:

Responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including product shipping, distribution, and logistics. Works closely with management and team members to implement new strategies, improve efficiency, and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate product shipping and distribution.
  • Collaborate with management and team members on logistics systems and new initiatives.
  • Assist in directing and overseeing daily warehouse operations.
  • Support management in purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and customer service activities.
  • Ensure freight is processed efficiently to maximize product service levels.
  • Process orders, prepare packing lists, and package outgoing materials.
  • Manage shipping logistics and ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Track shipment details, locations, and estimated times of arrival (ETA).
Required Skills:
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
  • Experience with warehouse management or logistics software.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and supply chain optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and customer service support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
