Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst, Associate to provide administrative and logistics support in Bedford, Indiana, for the F3016 program in partnership with the US Navy.

Job Description:

As a Program Analyst Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of logistics and administrative processes, contributing to the F3016 program's success. Key responsibilities include tracking travel requests, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating meetings, performing technical writing, and maintaining program accountability.

Note: This role will be fully onsite in Bedford, IN. No Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track Purchase Requests (PRs) through the procurement lifecycle, including submission, approval, purchase, and receipt.

  • Prepare and track Sponsor Accounts and F3016 project CDRLs (Weekly and Monthly).

  • Submit and monitor Common Access Card (CAC) re-verifications/reissuances, ensuring expiration dates and work locations remain accurate and current.

  • Support and facilitate travel authorization requests (TAR) with precise contract information, including tracking approvals and overseeing travel documentation.

  • Compile, edit, and format monthly status reports (MSRs), trip reports, and accomplishments for government submission.

  • Manage security rosters and update employee status regularly.

  • Use tools such as Costpoint, to manage logistics functions.

  • Support configuration management tasks, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Engineering Change Board (ECB) processes, and maintain Configuration Status Accounting Reports (CSAR).

  • Provide support for technical writing, editing, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).

  • No clearance required to start however must be able to obtain a secret clearance.  SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Ability to work independently and be detail oriented, multi-task supporting multiple customers both internal and external.

  • Strong date management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. 

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.    

  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and collaborating within a team environment.
