Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Nashville, Tennessee.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the ability to work approximately 6 weekends and 2 holidays per year

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

  • Support patient care by answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, organizing and coordinating meetings, and maintaining filing systems
  • Perform general office duties and all other tasks as requested by physicians, director and embryologists

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in a Life Science focus area preferred
  • Prior laboratory experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office facility and using EMR systems is preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities, communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good research skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
