Analytical, organized, and collaborative, the person in this role ensures coordination between internal teams and suppliers, oversees the smooth flow of development processes, negotiates costs and timelines, and contributes to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assign styles to suppliers based on their capabilities, sourcing strategy, and cost/quality/value criteria.
  • Coordinate development activities with internal teams (design, buying, technical design, raw materials) and maintain development calendars.
  • Closely monitor key milestones to reduce development lead times and optimize speed to market.
  • Negotiate costs and timelines with suppliers and contribute to pricing grid analyses.
  • Manage raw material bookings, ensure proper follow-up, and resolve issues with mills or manufacturers.
  • Support supplier management, anticipate risks, and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify communications, and optimize timelines.
