At Galderma, we're looking for a Technical Product Lead (TPL) to own and drive the technical success of our products-from development through commercialization and lifecycle management for the dermatology skincare business related to branded health and beauty products

This is a highly visible role for someone who can connect science, manufacturing, and business needs, and lead complex decisions in a global, matrix environment.

Your Impact

You will act as the technical lead of products, ensuring alignment between formulation, process capability, quality, and regulatory requirements-while driving robust, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the product technical strategy (formulation, process, control strategy) with the appropriate skateholders
  • Drive key decisions across development, , validation, and life cycle management
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory, Operations)
  • Identify and mitigate technical, manufacturing, and supply risks
  • Lead complex root cause investigations and CAPA activities
  • Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits with technical SME
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and contribute to governance forums

What You Bring
