Your Contribution
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic growth objectives
  • Lead opportunities through the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting to commercialization
  • Conduct commercial evaluations, opportunity forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Serve as a primary customer contact for technical, application, and commercial discussions
  • Translate customer needs into technical and business solutions utilizing SCHOTT Pharma's Drug Delivery Systems portfolio
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and act as a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Represent SCHOTT Pharma at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth, partnership, and application opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Program Management to deliver customer solutions and support strategic initiatives

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related technical field; additional business or commercial training is a plus
  • Experience in business development, technical sales, product management, application engineering, project management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Industry experience within pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery systems, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technologies and translate customer requirements into effective technical and commercial solutions
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes, regulated environments, and customer applications
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships while identifying and advancing business opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and revenue-growth orientation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
