Job description

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to support the Global Channel Compliance function. This role will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Global Channel Compliance to help monitor, analyze, and report on compliance activities across our distribution network.
The Analyst will play a critical role in identifying risks, analyzing transactional data, and supporting the development of processes and controls across the channel ecosystem, including Customer, POS, Ship & Debit, Quotes/Debits, Inventory, and Design Registrations.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets (POS, Ship & Debit, inventory, quoting activity) to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance risks

  • Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor compliance metrics

  • Track and document gaps, issues, and remediation efforts across the distribution network

  • Assist in developing and documenting policies, procedures, and standard operating processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and process efficiency

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or Distribution-related

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)

  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into insights

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with distribution/channel data such as POS, Ship & Debit, or inventory

  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, or risk management processes

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data querying (SQL)

  • Exposure to process documentation and policy development
