Job description

  • Support the implementation and operation of Digital Engineering capabilities within assigned domains or projects
  • Contribute to crossfunctional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders by providing engineering input and feedback
  • Support pilots, rollouts, and improvement initiatives for Digital Engineering solutions under guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in analyzing engineering workflows and identifying improvement opportunities related to efficiency, quality, and data consistency
  • Support adoption activities such as documentation, user support, and training preparation
  • Contribute data and feedback to help assess the effectiveness of Digital Engineering solutions and improvements
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering environments, preferably with deep involvement in usage, rollout and maintenance of digital tools and processes
  • Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and experience with engineering authoring or lifecycle systems (e.g. Windchill, Teamcenter, Xpedition, NX)
  • Willingness to learn and apply new methods, tools, and processes in a structured engineering environment
  • Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solutionoriented working style
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional and international teams
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
