Position Description
Role: Project Analyst/Real Estate Services Specialist
Roles Responsibilities
• Process encroachment closures
• Open project notifications and work orders so our agents across all regions can begin work on projects in a timely manner to serve our customers
• Process Non-PO Payments
• LCAP/LCOR creation
• Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox and respond to customer inquiries, submit requests to the licensing agent, and update the Secondary Land Use Log
• Review Certificate of Insurance documents and upload and notate text in SAP then forward to the responsible licensing agent
• Pay line rents which are critical to our operations
Skills
• Three or more years of experience in a supporting role within Title, Escrow, Property Management or Real Estate
• SAP experience
• Experience using real estate and land based maps and plans, such as Tract and Parcel Maps, Assessors Maps, site development plans, Google Earth and Land Vision
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience completing assignments with various deadlines and making workflow adjustments to meet changing conditions and priorities with a high level of accuracy and with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience gathering, researching, analyzing information/data and drawing conclusions
Education
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
