Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Program Analyst assists in the development of financials as well as creating and editing complex proposals for utility-based energy efficiency programs. This role is responsible for providing support for a variety of technical documents as well as project-level support for the team to successfully execute program management assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Provide support with proposals and capture financials related to programs.
  • Assist with billing and costing for utility-based energy efficiency programs.
  • Produce timely reports for management on financials.
  • Support inventory coordination of programs/projects as needed.
  • Input technician work orders into Excel and other database systems.
  • Audit work orders and own work for accuracy.
  • Responsible for client deliverables for implementation of assignments including cost estimating, work reviews, budget reconciliations and project documentation.
  • Provide research, analysis, recordkeeping and operating-level coordination and communications on planning and implementation assignments in accordance with established methodologies.
  • Provide written reports and documents that concisely analyze data in order to meet client's desired outcomes and scope requirements.
  • Perform data entry in software programs utilized for all projects (Service CEO, ACT).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • Knowledge of Building Science.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and prioritization skills necessary.
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data validation skills while maintaining accurate documentation required.
  • Sound knowledge of estimating requirements, contracts administration techniques, types of contracts.
  • Ability to efficiently interface with, communicate and coordinate activities with utility personnel as well as other departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change when needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proven ability to meet objectives.
  • Perform the essential functions and physical demands of the position with or without accommodation.

Pay Range:
$62,000.00 - $92,940.00
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, certifications, etc.
