The Opportunity:

You will contribute to the success of Canadian Natural's operations by assisting with various project initiative such as inventory audits, reception and mailroom coverage.

  • Job location: Calgary, AB - Head Office
  • Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday - Friday) for full-time schedule 
  • Term length: 12 months 
  • Term start: January 2027
  • Term type: Part-time & Full-time
    • January - April: Part-time
    • May - August: Full-time
    • September - December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide support for Office Services activities including:
    • Mailroom and reception services
    • Office coordination and office moves
    • Procurement and contracts activities
    • Safety Inspections and other audits

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Currently enrolled in your 2nd year or higher of a Business Administration/Commerce program at an accredited post-secondary institution (other relevant degrees will be considered as well)
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
