1.Use Cases and Functional Requirements Writing/Gathering

2. SaaS experience

3. SQL scripting 


Liaison between external customers and internal development staff. Work with business analysts and technical managers supporting all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Duties include understanding, documenting and communicating business/technical requirements;

Interact with architects and designers to understand software limitations, and participate in software design review.

Understand integration points to the many different systems.

Create use cases and process flows

Contribute to documentation of software design documents and user manuals.

Provide deployment and post go-live application support of the RITE applications to ETC customers.

Support activities would include -assisting customer with validation, defining and resolving post implementation application issues, and developing / maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.

Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.


Qualifications

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering degree and years of experience (level 1-Sr) in system analysis, working knowledge of ORACLE SQL*Plus and PL/SQL.

strong track record of customer service experience;

excellent written and verbal communication skills;

proven problem solving skills;

hands-on experience in full development life cycle of enterprise scaled software applications including analysis of business requirements, documentation of use cases and process flow diagrams.

must be able to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance during core business hours

Transaction processing & reconciliation and Financial/accounting reconciliation experience is a plus.
