Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage testing activities – Create and execute test cases, document results, and log defects while ensuring traceability and accuracy across testing efforts.
• Support quality assurance processes – Participate in requirements and design reviews, develop test scripts, and contribute to structured QA processes and standards.
• Collaborate across teams – Partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support test planning, execution, and defect resolution throughout the SDLC.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement – Recommend enhancements to QA practices and support testing activities across projects and production support efforts.
• Analyze systems and issues – Perform system and problem analysis for applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability meet expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in software application development and testing
• Coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Experience with test planning, test case design, and defect tracking tools
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and system architecture concepts
• Understanding of relational databases and test automation concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
