Job Description

The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients.ย ย We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

Responsibilities

As an Analyst,ย you'llย layย the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts.ย ย You'llย work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.ย 

Day-to-day, your role includes:ย ย 

  • Keeping a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, site, search, email, and/or social campaignsย 

  • Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboardsย 

  • Identifyingย nuances in data toย optimizeย our clients' businessย 

  • Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reportingย 

  • Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through internal trainingย ย 

Qualifications

We'reย looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:ย 

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industryย 

  • A four-year college degreeย 

  • Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in aย constantly-changingย space, and a natural curiosityย 

  • Familiarity with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau a plusย 

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentย 

  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.ย

ย Compensation Range: USD $55,765.00 - USD $82,208.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
